The free shipping threshold is based on your subtotal after any promo codes and before tax.
Processing
Orders placed before 1 pm ET on a business day usually leave us the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. During launches and sales, processing can take up to 3 business days.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking link to the address you used at checkout. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC, including P.O. boxes for standard delivery. Express and overnight require a street address. We don’t ship internationally yet.
Delivery issues
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your parcel, check with neighbours and your building’s mail room, then contact us within 7 days. If an item arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost.
